Meet and Greet Services
Our multilingual, experienced and uniformed staff with Puerto Rico Ports Authority ID’s, will meet and greet passengers with a sign bearing passenger’s name at the airport baggage claim area and/or cruise ships piers. 

Service Representatives meet passengers with the company uniform, which consist of blue oxford shirt with company logo and khaki pants. Passengers will be assisted upon arrival and given a detailed itinerary with the dates, times, services to be offered & contact numbers for further assistance.

To guarantee an excellent and accurate service, our staff is assigned accordingly with company request or on a flight-by-flight basis. Our ratio is about 6 passengers to 1 staff, unless other arrangements are made. Baggage handling rates can be provided, be it transferring equipment within the airport/pier to the vehicle or if additional transportation is required for it.

Daily Manifest are made to ensure quality service and have capability to assist and orient guests with further information.
Transportation Services

RSL/Carey PR provides transportation services between the three (3) main tourist points in Puerto Rico: Airport- Hotels- Cruise Ships, plus restaurants, off-site venues, recreational parks, companies and or meetings. We also provide transportation to any other location around the Island.

RSL/Carey PR owns and operates one of the largest and most modern fleets of vehicles in the Tourism Industry, with the capacity to accommodate over 210 seats distributed among the different sizes of vehicles. All our vehicles are authorized by the Public Service Commission of Puerto Rico and endorsed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company.  Our offices are conveniently located in front of the airport.

All our vehicles are clearly identified with the company logo on front plate (blue & gold) and equipped with comfortable reclining fabric seats, air conditioning, am-fm radio, and in direct radio communication with the Operations Department. Deluxe Motor Coaches are equipped with lavatory and some units with VCR and monitor; all these features makes possible for us to offer our clients the safest and most reliable service.
